Weekend Long Runs (for October 13,14)

Anyone can join in on the following runs:

Saturday Runs:

A few if us will be going on a run from mile marker 5 on the Illinois Prairie Path in Warrenville (near Batavia and Butterfield roads) at 6:30 AM Sat. 13 Oct 2007. One pack of us will be running slow to the intersection about 2-1/2 miles past mile marker 0 in Wheaton (towards Elgin) and back, for an easier and flat 15 miler. It might be less than 40 F at the beginning of the run -- a bit of a change from last weekend .....

Sunday Runs:

To kick off the post-Chicago marathon training season, we will be doing a 15 miler starting at 7AM on Sunday. The usual place at the college (Highland and Loomis). The proposal is to do the 10 miler course followed by the usual Sunday AM course. You don't want to miss this one!
